111vip may request additional information or documents at any time. If you are unable to provide them, 111vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at 111vip. We are strictly committed to preventing minors from participating on our gaming platform. Any government-issued ID is accepted as proof of age.

111vip does not operate in certain countries and regions. Using 111vip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

111vip accepts deposits via all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. You must use a payment method approved by 111vip when making a deposit.

• Payments made from another person's account are not accepted — all transactions must be made directly from your own account.
• Deposits are usually credited within 1–15 minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• 111vip does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw funds from 111vip. Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• 111vip reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

111vip does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are the user's sole responsibility.

111vip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements. It is strongly recommended that you read these conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 111vip will make every effort to reach a fair resolution.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be settled after the official result is confirmed.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• 111vip reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit on any bet.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the 111vip system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations. If you wish to appeal an account closure, please contact support within 30 days.

If you have a dispute with 111vip, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Any complaint can be submitted directly through the support chat from your account.
• For major disputes, 111vip may arrange mediation through a neutral third party.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• If a complaint is not resolved within 90 days of submission, you have the right to pursue legal action.

111vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

If you do not agree to any changes, you may request to close your account, and any valid balance will be returned to you.
